The Championship Committee members shall decide on the matches based on the following set of questions.
1) In your opinion, based solely on the quality of role-plays for the week and no other criteria, which wrestler(s) should win the match.
You can choose whether you think a handler won by 4 points (in the case of not-close matches), or 2 points (close matches).
"Draw" is an acceptable answer, and results in neither handler receiving any points.
For questions 2 through 5, each handler will be awarded 2 (two) points for each vote they receive. In the case of a draw vote, neither handler will receive any points.
2) In your opinion, based solely on current angles & storylines and no other criteria, which wrestler(s) should win the match. The winning wrestler/team will receive 2 points. On a draw, no participant shall receive any points.
3) In your opinion, based solely on the basis of past history and no other criteria, which wrestler(s) should win the match.
Meaning, is the handler in question a 'workhorse' who can be counted to put in a good showing on any given card? Or is he a slacker who posts at the last minute and has a history of no-showing?
The winning wrestler/team shall receive 1 point.
4) In your opinion, based solely on the basis of overall federation participation, and no other criteria, which wrestler(s) should win the match.
Meaning, who does more? Does this handler work on staff? Does this handler contribute segs? Does this handler write his own angles and actively participate in planning them out instead of letting staff do all the work?
The winning wrestler/team shall receive 1 point.
5) In your opinion, taking the previous four factors into account and any other factors that may affect your decision, which wrestler(s) should win the match.
The winner of the match will be the wrestler who scored the most points. If the scores are within three (3) points of each other, the match is considered a draw.
The President has the ability to change the winners and losers as he sees fit – however, this power is only to be applied during exceptional circumstance.
**************
The Championship Committee has seven members - five standard and two alternate. Most of the committee also handles within OLW and may not vote on their own matches, and in some cases where impartiality on the part of a particular voter is questionable, an alternate may be assigned.
It is the OLW President's decision who votes on what matches.
The OLW President may throw out any voter form he wishes and obtain another voter.
Handlers have the right to read any comments championship committee votes, however, they are not required to know who voted.

This form as it is should be considered generally obsolete, as OLW mainly runs straight-up competitive with myself having the final say, and angled endings are worked out on a personal basis with the handlers in question. _________________ DaDamnJeffMan: go ahead and let the door hit you on the way out... might knock some of the shithead out of you. :-)
